Connect, automate - then regulate and network.
We work in public. Items are grouped by the four phases Guliel grows through: Connect, Automate & plan, Regulate, Network. Each line carries its status: live (in production), built (complete, not switched on) or planned. If you want to influence any of it, email us.
- Connect - live: double-entry general ledger with journal entries that must balance, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, a books lock date and CSV export.
- Connect - live: customers and suppliers as organization records, private customers as individuals, invoices and receipts as PDF in the formats of 39 countries, several businesses under one login.
- Connect - live: expense capture by phone scan and from Gmail, Outlook, IMAP and POP3 inboxes, with OCR. Each expense waits for a person's approval before it reaches the ledger.
- Connect - live: imports from a customer spreadsheet on Guliel's template, Morning client and document exports, and the Israeli uniform file (מבנה אחיד), each with a column check and a staged review. Built: direct Morning API sync.
- Connect - live: purchase orders out; the supplier's invoice links to the order it bills.
- Connect - live: HR records and Singapore payroll with CPF, SDL, FWL and self-help group funds, with payslip PDFs posted to the ledger.
- Automate & plan - live: automations on 14 triggers. Actions are any API operation or an outbound webhook (reminders, scheduled reports, reorders).
- Automate & plan - live: AI companion - work on your records by chat, within your role's permissions.
- Automate & plan - live: REST API and MCP server - every route documented, OAuth-scoped, exposed as agent tools.
- Live: Employee records - salaries and personal identifiers are now restricted to managers; everyone else sees the roster without pay or ID numbers.
- Automate & plan - planned: a sign-off queue where your accountant approves AI work, and projections on the same records.
- Regulate - built: SHAAM allocation numbers for Israeli tax invoices, not yet switched on.
- Regulate - built: our own Peppol access point and SMP, awaiting OpenPeppol certification and not yet connected to the app. Documents are PDF today; Peppol BIS Billing output and Singapore InvoiceNow are planned.
- Regulate - planned: GST and VAT return preparation. Guliel does not file returns.
- Network - live: a supplier invitation links two Guliel organizations; the supplier sees your purchase orders and invoices against them. Planned: native document exchange, supplier discovery, B2B payments and point-of-sale integration.
