Why the limits sit where they do.
Issuing documents, running reports and running automations cost little to compute, so Free sets those limits high and the paid plans lift them. Expense scans (OCR) and AI messages cost money each time they run, so they are metered on every plan. Guliel charges a subscription, not a share of your payments.
Per organization, not per seat.
Add as many teammates as you need, and your accountant, at the same price. If you run several legal entities, each one is its own organization with its own plan, all under one login. No seat counting.
