Why the free tier is real.

Two cost categories drive the limits. Logic execution (invoicing, reports, automations) is near-zero marginal cost — generous or unlimited on every plan. Real marginal cost (expense OCR ≈ $0.003 / scan, AI tokens) is metered. Margin comes from subscriptions, not payment-take-rates. There's no invoice-volume tax masquerading as a free tier.
