Customers
One record per business, whether it buys from you or sells to you.
In Guliel, a business customer or supplier is an organization record, the same kind of record as your own business. A private customer is an individual. Your relationship with each one sits on a single relationship record, so a business that both buys from you and sells to you is one record across invoices, expenses, purchase orders, payments, the ledger and reports.
- Live: business customers and suppliers stored as organization records. When the business has no Guliel account, the record is a placeholder kept by your organization.
- Live: private customers stored as individuals, owned by your organization.
- Live: one relationship record per party, marked as customer, supplier or both, with default currencies, notes and document recipients. Employees use the same relationship record.
- Live: invite a supplier by email. When it accepts with its own Guliel organization, the placeholder is replaced, the two organizations are linked, and the supplier sees the purchase orders you send it and can invoice against them.
- Live: import customers from a spreadsheet on Guliel's column template (name, tax ID, email, phone, address, city) or from Morning client exports, with a column check and a staged review. Re-importing the same file does not duplicate records.
- Planned: native document exchange between Guliel businesses, and supplier discovery.
