Connect first. Migrate when you're ready.
You don't have to switch everything at once. Start Guliel beside the tool you use now: issue new documents, capture expenses and work with suppliers in Guliel, with its own double-entry ledger from day one, and export the ledger as CSV for your accountant. Imports today: a customer spreadsheet on Guliel's column template, Morning client and document exports, and the Israeli uniform file (מבנה אחיד) for documents. None of the tools below has a direct importer yet; connectors for QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Wave, FreshBooks, Invoice Ninja, Stripe and Shopify are planned.

No importer yet. Export contacts to CSV, fit them to Guliel's template, review and import. Invoice history stays in Xero or its export. A Xero connector is planned.

No importer. Export customers to CSV and import them on the template. Card payments stay on Stripe; Guliel records payments against documents, it does not process them. A Stripe connector is planned.
Migrate from Shopify
No importer. Export customers to CSV and import them on the template. Shopify stays your store; Guliel issues the documents and keeps the ledger. A Shopify connector is planned.
Review before write
Every import runs a column check and shows each staged row for review before anything is committed. Re-running the same file does not duplicate records.
Run beside, then move
Running Guliel beside your current tool is an option while you move over. Guliel keeps its own double-entry ledger from the first document, and the ledger exports as CSV.
Switch cleanly
Keep the old tool's history there or in its export. New documents, expenses, payroll and ledger postings live in Guliel from the day you start.
