Integrations
What Guliel connects to today, and what is planned.
Guliel is accounting and finance-operations software with invoicing, expenses, purchasing, payroll and the ledger on one engine, so those parts need no connectors between them. The integrations below connect Guliel to the outside: AI clients and your own code, email inboxes, and the tools you are moving from. Each line carries its status: live (in production), built (complete, not switched on) or planned.
- Live: REST API with OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) and API keys, scopes capped by the user's organization role.
- Live: MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any MCP client connects through OAuth 2.1 and acts within the user's role and scopes.
- Live: outbound webhooks as an automation action, on any of 14 triggers.
- Live: inbox capture of bills and receipts from Gmail, Outlook, IMAP and POP3.
- Live: imports from Morning client and document exports, the Israeli uniform file (מבנה אחיד) and a customer spreadsheet on Guliel's template. Every import passes a column check and a staged review.
- Live: ledger export as CSV, for your accountant or for the tool you run beside Guliel while you move over.
- Built: direct sync with Morning's API.
- Built, not switched on: Israel tax-authority clearance through SHAAM, PayPal payment links, and expense capture through a Telegram bot.
- Built: Guliel's own Peppol access point and SMP, awaiting OpenPeppol certification and not yet connected to the app. Documents are PDF today.
- Planned: connectors for QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Wave, FreshBooks, Invoice Ninja, Stripe and Shopify, bank feeds and bank reconciliation, B2B payments inside Guliel, and point-of-sale integration.
- No importer exists today for QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Wave, FreshBooks, Invoice Ninja, Stripe or Shopify (connectors are planned for all eight). Export customers to the spreadsheet template, issue new documents in Guliel, and keep the old tool's history there or in its export.
